Contract Management
The Contract Management module is a facility which allows the user to manage contracts with customers where they have placed a global requirement for a set period of time and wish to call off quantities for delivery at any time over this period. The contract is not seen as a booking on the system so the Bookings and Billings figures will not be affected when the contract order is placed. Only once a call off has been made, is a Sales Order generated. The SO and all its relevant documentation is generated and processed automatically.
